Small Trade style Tomahawk

This is a reproduction of a trade tomahawk from the 16th century through and beyond the colonial period.  It is hand forged from mild steel with a high carbon steel bit forge welded in.  The handle is of hickory with a linseed oil and beeswax finish.  The bit is 2-1/8 in. long.  The tomahawk head is 4-1/2 in. from pol to bit and the overall length of the axe is 16-1/4 in.   (#287)
