Viking Axe

This axe has a 3 in. bit and is 5  5/8 in. from pol to bit.  It is 1 1/8 wide at the pol and weighs 14.6 oz..  this axe head is hand forged from mild steel with a high carbon bit welded in.  The handle is of ash with a linseed oil beeswax finish and is 23 1/2 in. long.    (#290)
